Orochimaru, high-diff. Danzo lost his best chance with KA, but because of Izanagi and his other powers he isn't going down easily. As shown during Sasuke's use of genjutsu during the failed body swap, Orochimaru has been able to shrug off 3T genjutsu without much difficulty... the problem is killing Danzo enough times to keep him down.

Make it no intel and it would be high diff.
