Orochimaru wins. He’s no slouch in the speed department, has the Chakra reserves to last the battle, and the durability to withstand several lariats. His Kusanagi cut Enma’s Diamond form, and can definitely cut Ay. It can also manifest into all of his Snakes, which also can each deal a poison bite to end Ay.

The style of Ay’s fighting would get him cut, bitten, or otherwise killed long before he could kill Orochimaru. Also, given Mitsuki’s recent applications of Wind Style: Breakthrough, Orochimaru could use it to boost his speed. He’s too versatile for Ay.
