Okay, by saying "EMS sasuke" you are suggesting that its the current Sasuke. But by simply stating "Itachi" it means the Itachi without giving out the eye or even fighting Sasuke.

Thats Kishi's way of building suspense, my friend. He had the KA before he transfered it to Naruto, but its power was shown only during Naruto and Bee vs Itachi and Nagato. Again, He had Susanoo before too, but He truelly showed it during Sasuke and his fight. So, I dont see your point.....

Now he has the Gedo but Minato's firepower shits on the Gedo Mazo and he can counter Obito's Kamui with his clones who can all use Hiraishin., he'd take Kisame and Obito at the same time.
