I don't see Orochimaru winning. He doesn't really have a counter for Jinton. He can summon Sanju Rashomon but still won't be enough against this:

^That pretty much finishes Orochimaru. Any snake summons are dealt with by using Weighted Boulder to make them too heavy to move.

Onoki is not making Oro heavy unless he gets cocky and gives Onoki an opportunity to take advantage of, similar to what happened against Hiruzen. That's pretty much the only way he has to land a Jinton on a guy who can turn his legs into a snake like extension of his body.

Okay so let's make up some scenarios here because I highly doubt Orochimaru would be in one place waiting for Dust Style to hit him.

Onoki will be using his Dust Style in sweeping format. Why? Well like I said, Orochimaru will be on the move do he has to chase him with it.

A two meter diameter Dust Style means Orochimaru can evade it with Hiding like a Mole or Attack Prevention. Orochimaru can leave Shadow Clone in his place while he does this to fool Onoki. If he somehow manages to brush Orochimaru with it, which I highly doubt, Orochimaru just sheds a new body. Onoki would lose from stamina.

I guess oro outlasts him, tho I could see him eventually cutting Onoki down w/ some difficulty.

Onoki isn't a sensor so he can't pin the slippery Oro down, & the latter has plenty range & speed on offense.
the only argument against it is intel on jinton
