He wants to let sasuke achive his goal then Sasuke would be more unguarded i guess. Still He wants his body in other way. Cuz he saw Kabuto failed when he try to get with pure power. Even Orochimaru couldnt handle that in this time. So he'll gain his trust and wait for the right time. I believe in the end Orochimaru would be Final Ultimate villain who took all power himself.I hope im right ^^
