Minato loses his upper hand against enemied that won't go down to a kunai strike Jiraya on the other hand is the most vulnerable one in this match-up. He gets defeated first and considering that Orochimaru can defeat Minato as well, Oro+Tobirama beat him without much trouble.

Even in SM, he has not way of killing Orochimaru. Frog Song paralyzes, then you get one clean finishing hit, sadly it's not going to do much.

and why won't it do much? Didn't Itachi use the same tactic Jiraya use on pain? Genjutsu/Paralysis and then he chopped off orochimaru's hands, if Jiraya uses frog song then how is oro going to survive his head being sliced off. He won't be able to use any jutsu when in the genjutsu.

Now, the properties of the chakra scalpels WITHOUT penetrating the skin are the following;

Now, Orochimaru was attacked by these scalpels in the following areas; The neck, and the upper chest area. The scalpels cut muscles, nerves, arteries etc. But despite all of this, Orochimaru managed to use his Rebirth jutsu despite having his blood vessels, and nerves destroyed.

I was lurking through some [VS] threads while extremely bored, and some users came up with an argument that Orochimaru can't survive decapitation. In my honest opinion, I say that's a highly debatable topic and here's why; in Orochimaru's earlier confrontation with Kabuto, he attacked him with chakra scalpels.
