Considering Jiraiya almost died from it... Yeah, it is. And Orochimaru was not only lacking ninjutsu but also a healthy body; And it seemed like he was having fun and only considered Kurama-Naruto a threat when the TBB came out. :/

The Sannins are equals. When they fight, the battle can always go either way if we take away the ET from Orochimaru.

Orochimaru is the best at genjutsu with a 5, tied at intelligence with Tsunade at a 5, tied for speed with Jiraiya faster than Tsunade, and has the best hand seals which he doesn't even need for a good amount of his jutsu. Oro was a member of the Anbu.

Unless they have a sealing technique and can remove every curse mark and Orochimaru minon he always has a way to return while Jiraiya died and Tsunade was about to.

Why don't you consider the fact that he had no arms, next to no jutsus, sickened body. But he was still laughing at Naruto for all the fight anyway.

Wrong. He said he nearly died, one of two times during his life. Orochimaru could only body shed without any jutsu or a decent body.

Orochimaru had a worse crutch.
