Tsunade was most likely initially the strongest Sannin, from in childhood, Just like Sakura is in the first couple of episodes, but once they started to develope their abilities, the women became the weakest.

But Orochimaru is the strongest, he is the only one making himself stronger, bloodline or not, he is willing to experiment, But in terms of Raw power it Tsunade (Senju + Uzimaki+ Super humanly strong and durable), but becasue she a medical ninja and didn;t really get into offensive jutsu.
Jariyah can be viewed as greater.

Tsunade would not defeat Orochimaru. And even if she did Orochimaru would simply find a way to come back again. Tsunade has no means of sealing him. Even if war arc Tsunade could possibly defeat old Hiruzen it does not mean she can automatically defeat orochimaru based on the Rock, Paper, Scissors theory:

Rock >> Scissors >> Paper >> Rock >> Scissors >> Paper >> Rock. Etc. etc.

Unless you mean of Shippuden, no. Sakura was never the strongest or second strongest. Naruto had the shadow clone jutsu and could make MANY copies of himself. Sasuke has the great fire ball jutsu, decent enough taijutsu, and apparently that other fire jutsu he used against Orochimaru during the Chuunin exam.

Sakura had CHAKRA CONTROL.

And in Shippuden, she had strength. But again, Naruto had toads, rasengan, and shadow clones. Sasuke. . I shouldn't have to tell you he was the strongest of the three at the start of the second half.

Are you a troll? Orochimaru didn't even fight against the 4th he just toyed with him and made the revived kages fight for him. If it wasn't for the reaper death seal orochimaru probably would have defeated the hokage.

As for tsunade well I think out of Orochimaru and Jirya she's the weakest in terms of her jutsu. She has raw strength and healing abilities but isn't on jiryas level in terms of his jutsu.

Jirya even admitted orochimaru was stronger. You sound like a fan boy my dude.
