Right now there are four real villain candidates left :
Sasuke,Obito,Madara,Orochimaru
Obito can no longer be the final villain. His identity has been exposed, and he will most likely be dealt with and redeemed during this current battle. I see no way Kishi would end this battle only for Obito to be dealt with yet again. We've already seen all his abilities and he is no longer a mystery
Another thing is Obito truly is just a manipulated Uchiha who took on Madara's plan. Obito gained all his power from Madara. Either he taught him how to advance quickly, or taught him secrets of the Sharingan. This alone goes to show that now that Madara is back, Obito is out of the picture. Obito was just used by Madara for his own goals.This of course means Obito is not one to fear.
Sasuke is thought to be the most likely, yet people must not be very good at story interpretation and a little thing called "the plot." Cause if you don't know already, and are unsure... Let me tell you. Sasuke will become good later in the story and team up with Naruto and battle Madara and the Juubi. In my opinion these two will become fused to become Rikudo sennin.
The only way a person can have comparisons with so6p is by having both Senju and Uchiha DNA like Rikudo. Naruto and Sasuke will somehow possibly fuse powers and become this and destroy Madara and Juubi. But this would only happen when they are badly injured because of "plot".
The few paragraphs explain that Madara simply will be taken down by Sasuke and Naruto because of the "plot".
This leaves Orochimaru. After the battle is finished, our characters are tired and exhausted. Naruto had saved the world.
Then Orochimaru probably strikes. Takes over Uchiha Sasuke and his new Rikudo Sharingan mode that the Elder son possessed as Naruto and Sasuke unfused due to the battle being finished.
Everyone who always says "Orochimaru isn't strong enough to be Final villain" are mistaken of Orochimaru's true power and potential.
He can be at one level for the moment, and might have to use patience, but he DOES have an ability where he can steal the power and body of another. In one moment going from high Kage Level, to Rikudo Level in an instant. He can jump up in power scale in a second. So he has the potential to be very strong.
Now think about it. Naruto has to now defeat Orochimaru whilst not killing Sasuke.
Or is his only choice... Killing them both? In order to defeat Orochimaru and save the world, he must kill the very person he dedicated his life to protect and save. That sounds pretty crazy right?
