Now would it be that farfetched to think Orochimaru would use his body stealing technique on Tsunade and appoint Sasuke as the new Hokage? What do you guys an gals think? Do you think its a plot twist the Kishimoto would do?

i don't know bout that. orochimaru did it while attending the chunnin exams and slipped passed everybody, they only caught him cause they were sloppy with hiding the bodies they used.

Yea, but people weren't expecting that before. Now we have a bunch of Shinobi who are battle ready, a lot of them are sensory. Naruto could see through it if he was in sage mode, etc. It'd be too risky.

He used the Face Steal to get around in the Chunin exams. The body steal is different in that he takes over the person's body as his own.
I think if he were to steal Tsunade's body, he would do it not to help Sasuke, but to learn her medical ninjutsu since he's envied her Creation Rebirth when he first saw it.

I highly doubt and the village would overthrow it, the other Hokage are there and recognise Naruto as the decedent.
This or they both will be just like how the 3rd was still Hokage but there was a fourth. (Naruto being the 6th, Sasuke being the 7th)
