He also developing a special drug (curse seal) to control his special experiment under his arm while Kabuto developing serum to weakling those who special power just like he did to Yamato. For Uzumaki and Uchiha linage Naruto and Sasuke they also get hightly chance to get effected by Orochimaru experiment to oppressed those special clan related with kaguya power.
