Orochimaru Summoning Minato???

Okay guys, here is my question. Are we certain that it was Minato that Orochimaru was going to summon during his battle with Hiruzen Sarutobi (3rd Hokage)? How can Oro summon Minato when Minato had been sealed in the reaper death seal?

Or is this another fail by Kishi???

This is not true. Its obvious now that Orochimaru was going to summon Madara as the last summons. Duhhh. Sarotobi stopped the last Edo from rising himself.

Im sorry if this seems blunt, but there have been FAR too many threads regarding continuity issues from Part 1 to Part 2, so Im just going to give it to you straight:

The event that you mention happened in the very beginning of PART 1. The issue you bring up occurred FAR INTO PART 2. Kishi doesnt plan out every detail, and he certainly did not plan part 2 when he was just starting part 1. It doesnt take a whole lot of thinking to understand that almost EVERY continuity issue from both parts is due to the fact that he simply didnt account for anything we know now. This includes, but is not limited too, Minato's coffin, Hiruzen's title/prime, Hashirama's hype, Byakugan, etc.

The reason it failed was because Hiruzen blocked it with a technique while saying, "I must stop the third one at all costs."

Thank you for posting this and not being a rude jerk like others. Its just that during that battle with Oro it appeared that Hiruzen was preventing the 3rd from being summoned.
