it had nothing to do with zetsu because orochimaru was already fused with hashi cells before death seal.
still hashirama will lift his finger like tobimaru did and destroy the whole hide out.

Just thought i should point out that When orochimaru jumped to the zetsu body tobirama commented that his body was basically made entirely of hashi's cells the body not orochimaru
