Orochimaru still there?

Juugo isn't cursed by orochimaru..he is the source of oro's cursed seal

nah juugo was the original curse seal holder, oro just took his ability and applied it to others.

however, orochimaru can apparently override kabuto, who was fighting against being completely controlled (i think he managed now, but oro took over1/3 of his body according to hinata, and if he's depleted of chakra in a fight oro might take over imo). Also, Kabuto might have talked to his tail snake who MIGHT have replied, he could be orochimaru maybe...

plus, i read this thread where is showed that 3 mini snakes escaped itachi's totsuka sword, and only one was burned so there are still 2 around somewhere.

Your theory is wrong. Atleast we can tell Oro lives inside Kabuto (since he absorbed Oro)

For the Red, there wasn`t 3 Snakes, there was only 1 Snake that burned

Well the little snake escaping that you are talking about was burned later on.

But if you look at the top of that page, there were 3 snakes that escaped the sealing. So the guy was right, technically there could still be two out there. I'm not sure if Kishi intended this though. It would be a serious stretch if that is how Oro is to come back, because no one would have remembered those extra snakes by now.

I think you misunderstand the meaning behind the snakes.

They don't represent his soul, they represent parts of his body. It is 100% certain that Oro's soul is sealed in the sword, there is no doubt. But as you pointed out, 3 snakes did escape the sealing (393 page 1) but only 1 was burnt. This means Oro's body has 2 possible ways of taking over someone else's body. 1. His cells in Kabuto and 2. His cells that reside in those 2 snakes.

But I highly doubt those two snakes will ever make a difference because Kishi basically said they all died when that one got burned.

The bottom line I'm putting across is that Oro's soul is gone forever but his body still exists in Kabuto and it might take him over, but it would still be Kabuto.

Iv'e said it from the start and i'l continue to say it now.

Orochimaru will be the ultimate villain.

He's much more evil then Tobi, Sasuke, Kabuto and Madara.

I mean this guy had a huge system going with, as stated in the manga 'hundreds' of secret faciliities where he tested and experimented on people.

This is the guy who laid a mind control technique on Sasori which lastes 6 years.

Orochimaru will come back through Kabuto and Itachi.

Itachi will be defeated and Orochimaru will be with Kabuto and the Edo-Madara when he defeats the Kages.

So the thought of Orochimaru, Kabuto and Edo Madara walking round at the same time.... Wow I wonder what kind of anything they would choose to INVENT from their unlimited supply of previous working experience and battle know-how.

After the Itachi Kabuto fight we may learn who 'HE' is.

I think in 4-5 months time, we will see the fight, Kabuto, madara oro vs Sasuke

And it will be on another level to what we have ever seen before
