I mean for Sasuke's own health and well being, he should've let Orochimaru have his fresh, young, fragile, beautiful body. Orochimaru knows how to handle his bodies, Sasuke can't properly maintain his only one. Orochimaru has a portfolio of bodies all across the board, Sasuke has no experience in body maintenance and it shows. It's unfortunate but it really shows.
