before u have a RINNEGAN u need the Senju and Uchiha's DNA,
soo if Orochimaru have the 1st Hokage DNA he maybe injected it to himself or he kept it somewere soo when he got Sasuke's body he will inject it and awaken the RINNEGAN,
soo he will start his main plan learning every technique...
