Orochimaru (Sasuke) vs Sick Itachi

Lets say Orochimaru took over Sasuke's body and took all his prowess and he challenges Itachi for his eyes would he have succeeded?

what form of Sasuke did he absorb? If it's anything below MS Sasuke he loses. If it is MS Sasuke. It could go either way but I'd give it to Itachi. Not knowing about Totsuka could be his downfall.

Orochimaru probably would've won, itachi only beats him with genjutsu , in his beast form he was immobile. That orochimaru is too cunning for itachi to predict , he only won because he had some Intel on sasuke , he practically made him.
