Orochimaru has edo tensei,allowing him to call fallen ninja back to life with a new body.all it requires is a sacrifice,dna and the desired persons soul.


Sasori requires body,oro requires soul...

Essentially,they can create the same person twice by turning them into a puppet and an edo

Naruto has more then enough power to just tbb them, I mean orochimaru even admited that he would die from a 4 tailed tbb, non of these two has shown enough ability to handle naruto.
