orochimaru reincarnation ?

After Orochimaru slices his stomach, why was
he able to reincarnate himself before his old
reincarnation has died Isn't his soul tied to the
old one?

He never "died". He split himself into other CM, and when the technique had been undone he came back. Technically he sealed himself in CM.

His old host body does not need to die for him to be able to cast the Immortality Jutsu.
I guess he could immediately use the Immortality Jutsu because he gained a new body when he was resurrected.

Pretty much what everyone has said so far...he doesn't need to die to cast the immortality jutsu, and the reason he did it in the first place is because he had an extra white Zetsu so he could obtain Hashirama cell (Zetsu=Senju DNA A.K.A. Hashi cells) so he could well for starters control the Hokages more as well as boost his own power.
