I don't say this because he has the Hokages with him now, in fact its a matter of time before at least two of Hokages break themselves free from Edo Tensei and Orochimaru is trolled.
What i'm saying is that at current moment, before he is trolled by the 2nd and 1st, he is the most power full ninja standing there. Also Orochimaru has now the power of the zetsu.
Whom orochimaru makes his vessel, he is granted with their powers too. If you don't agree then answer me why would Orochimaru want to take Sasuke's body if he doesn't get his powers? He'll get his power of course.
So now Orochimaru has zetsu's powers too i.e He can clone himself in any other's physical and chakra form whom even the greatest sensors cannot sense (like zetsu did during the night and only naruto could sense him dure to Mito's powers). He can travel through ground and trees and send instant messages. The biggest advantage to him is that with Zetsu's body as his vessel he now has more command over Senju DNA and hashirama's power. It's a matter of time now before we see Orochimaru creating Forests ! With all these powers and Hokages at his side with his experience, summonings, his intellect and his vast creepy jutsus and not to forget he also has Kabutomaru's powers !!HE IS REALLY THE STRONGEST NOW but just for now that is ... !!!
