I think Sasuke will fight Naruto because that is a fight that has to happen but then at Sasuke's defeat, or stalemate if Kishi doesn't want a real victor like the original Valley of the End Fight, Obito will seize the chance to seal the Juubi into Sasuke. Orochimaru will then succeed in taking Sasuke's body so the final villain will be Sasuke's skills, Orochimaru, and the Juubi combined.
