Orochimaru KAGE of Hidden Sound Village

Orochimaru is still some sort of Kage ,right? Sound was founded for the express purpose of collecting ninja for his experiments and his quest to learn all techniques.False right?

In actuality, Otogakure is not really a village, but a giant laboratory composed of various hideouts and bases scattered throughout the Land of Sound and various other countries.

Kinda sounded cool if Orochimaru was Kage

Well Otogakure wasn't officially recognized as a village by that particular country's feudal lord. That's only to say if that country even HAD a feudal lord. If otogakure was officially set up like Konoha was set up, No doubt Orochimaru would be its first kage.

Hidden Sound wasnt really a HUGE village, like the leaf, sand, rock, cloud, mist. Also i believe that the Sound Village was created by Oro with his test subjects, tho im not sure
