After That...Jiraiya And Naruto Found Tsunade,and The Battle Between 3 Legendary Sannins Began...
Orochimaru Could Handle Jiraiya And Tsunade With Manda...(I Think That He Could Handle One Of Them With His Arms Healed No Problem)


Now...To Remember When Orochimaru Was In Akatsuki...Itachi Easily Beat Him,And Said Him..."Orochimaru...You Are Weaker Than Me"...

It's about match-ups. Itachi is a bad match-up for Orochimaru. This doesn't make him stronger overall defiantly, especially since we have no jutsu from Orochimaru. Jiraya is hard to place, he'll be better at fighting Itachi than Orichimaru but would lose to both.

Hard to say. Even if it were an ironclad fact that Itachi was stronger than Jiraiya, I highly doubt he'd have been able to win that battle easily. It makes sense for Itachi and Kisame to have bailed that time, because it would have been a long, difficult, destructive battle.

Itachi Uchiha used the conditions that he was currently in, as he didn't want to negitvely affect his village of origin to make an excuse to safely exit the village, it being that Jiraiya, a Legendary Sannin would be able to kill them both but this is incorrect as this was either Kishimoto hyping up the Sannin or a clever excuse from Itachi. However it may be a plot hole; Kisame knowing of the Akatsuki situation involving Orochimaru and Itachi or it may be possible that he was under the assumption that Jiraiya was more powerful than Orochimaru.

With Edo Tensei -
1. Orochimaru
2. Itachi
3. Jiraiya

Without Edo Tensei -
1. Itachi
2. Orochimaru
3. Jiraiya
