We go by what has been shown not what could be. So oro had 1st and 2nd hokages that is all. Not pein or any other's that he has not been shown using .

Edo Tensei is a Huge advantage to Oro, he can defeat Tsunade or Jman in a 1v1 battle. Only together can that defeat him with edo tensei.

Then so do minato's tech belong to jiraiya then. We can't think like that cause it would ruin everything. We could say well hashi and tobirama should have the same ability's there brother's . You see what I am saying just because one person who is connected to another person show's something awesome does not mean both characters are the same in using or have everything being shown by one another.

Preps done, Summoning Jutsu's require Prep (needs to sign summoning contract), I Don't claim "Tsunade need's prep to summon katsuyu" since she has already signed the contract, like Oro has already done Edo Prep.

Not entirely true....Kabuto made these preparations with the intent of having to deal with war as a means to work with Obito to aquire Sasuke's eyes in order to get the Rinnegan.

Now it would make sense if Orochimaru had gone through the exact same planning process, but why then have the need if he was still active?! If he was, it would be because he had taken Sasuke's eyes instead of dying...he would have no need for it.

Orochimaru also mentioned how he had no interest in the war so he might have shared the same thoughts had he been alive.

Kabuto made a point that he did in fact go through the process of collecting these bodies on his own so he didn't just take Orochimaru's contracts.

But in theory yes, Orochimaru could have easily gone and done the exact same thing as Kabuto....it was merely mass grave robbing.

No you are correct, i retract my statement. I simply meant if Oro was still active he would have gotten the bodies himself. But he wouldnt really have a need for them

Jiraiya does have the proper sealing techs to beat them but as for just oro and jiraiya I think it would end in a draw because of ma and pa being in the battle as well.
