i think orochimaru's desicion on what he wants to do is based off of what sasuke is going to do meaning
if sasuke decides to become good he will go along with that and become good as well. But if sasuke decides to become evil again he will take over his body and do with it as he pleases

I concur but I think Orochimaru will be bad regardless and just wants to see if Sasuke will be good or bad. Cause if he takes his body, it's not he can pretend to be him Lol people would notice.
