by logic sasuke and zabuza have the most valid reasons to become villains. Zabuza was trying to establish either another village are retake the mist village because the place he grew up at was evil and he wanted to put a stop to that evil.
Sasuke has no set reason to do anything right now he will propably help out naruto before series is over though
