I can't really think of any other character who surpasses Orochimaru in terms of Fuuinjutsu versatility. Let's take a look.
1. Five Elements Seal - an A-rank seal, which not only disrupts even-numbered seals, but also disturbs one's own chakra flow and screws chakra control (to the point, where Naruto couldn't even stand on water). Very scary Fuuinjutsu.
2. Cursed Seal - not much to say about it. Crazy-strong Fuuinjutsu. Not only does it seal Oro's Senjutsu chakra and special enzymes inside of one's body, but also seals a part of Oro's consciousness, which in fact is another 'instance' of Orochimaru. Not to mention that Orochimaru has several versions of this Fuuinjutsu.
3. Dead Demon Consuming Seal: Release - a forbidden Fuuinjutsu, which is pretty much is the opposite of the jutsu used by Hiruzen and Minato. Instead of using your own life to seal someone else with you, you summon the Demon to empty its belly.
4. Black Seal - a Fuuinjutsu which adds a layer of protection to whatever you use it on. Pretty straightforward, supplementary.
5. Black Mists Seal - a powerful Fuuinjutsu. The main use was to protect the targed during Cursed Seal transformation, but it has a one special use which is not known widely. I think Orochimaru is one of a few people, who can actually defend from the ultimate 'insight' eye - Byakugan. The object or person covered with Black Mists Seal cannot be seen through by Byakugan.
6*) Danzo's Sealing Arm Braces - so we all know that it was Orochimaru who gave Danzo his Hashi-DNA-modified arm and this is more than obvious that he also build the Fuuinjutsu-imbued arm braces. Firstly, the braces kept Hashi cells in check (and Orochimaru was the only one who had knowledge on Hashi DNA) AND for all the years no one saw through the braces (not even Hyuuga), which clearly suggests that also the braces were enhanced with a seal that prevented other people from seeing the insides - also the Byakugan users.
*Sadly, the braces weren't really talked about that much, so we don't have official confirmation.
So what's your opinion guys? Don't you think Orochimaru is quite underrated when it comes to appreciating Fuuinjutsu feats among the characters?
