Oro is good - - and 1 of my favourite's, but i wouldnt say he's the best, i give him credit for not bein a senju or a jinchuriki and so on, but thats really all there is to him, unless kishimoto san, had better ideas in the near future !!

He is the best non-kekkei genkai user or a Jinchuuriki that I have ever seen... I bet he has tons of forbidden jutsus up his sleeve. I would not even be surprised if Kishi revealed him to be Senju lol.
