If i remember correctly, Orochimaru said that he could hear EVERYTHING from within Anko's Curse Mark. And She was caught at TOBI HIDEOUT. I know this b/c her assistant had the byakugan and saw the ARMY of TOBI. So of course he knows where Tobi's hideout is. Duhh.
