DSM and Mokuton are plausible but Rinnegan is never happening. It would have to be a bigger Asspull than DMS Kakashi for Orochimaru to be getting Rinnegan.

It took Madara like 60 Years for the chakra of Indra and Ashura to fuse which awakened him the Rinnegan. Near death doesn't give you Rinnegan plus I'm pretty sure you actually have to physically be the Re-incarnation.

Sasuke got it easily with his near death experience. Its not stated anywhere you have to physically be a reincarnation. Hago stated making his chakra Indra+Ashura gives you rinnegan.

Sasuke got it from Hagoromo he didn't get it from being near death. Madara got it from Ashura and Indra's Chakra fusing within him which took about 60-70 Years. I'm pretty sure a sample of Naruto's Chakra and Sasuke's Chakra isn't going to automatically give you Rinnegan.
