Orochimaru is stronger than ever now!!

The only reason why Orochimaru couldn't master sage mode was because he lacked the large chakra pool to balance out the sage chakra e.g. like Senju, Uzumaki etc.

But since he got back his chakra + the bonus abilities/traits that Kabuto acquired, I think it is safe to assume that Orochimaru has DSM.

Actually, his chakra pool has nothing to do with it. Orochimaru has a massive chakra pool. Also, Orochimaru has always been able to handle Senjutsu chakra, but he can't use sage mode because he hasn't found a body that can handle it. His curse mark is senjutsu chakra.

OT: Orochimaru's not at full strength right now and he knows it, so he's not going to attempt to steal Sasuke's body. The only reason he tried it the first time is because it was then or never, so he's sure as hell not going to try it now.

No he is the same, I doubt one could absorb a persons whole set of powers-skills just by taking back what they originally had you will get the effects of what that person added on them but not new abilities.
