Here are my thoughts on current Orochimaru.

I do not think Orochimaru is good he is currently following Sasuke around depending on what choices Sasuke makes Orochimaru will most likely follow. Weather they fall under heroic deeds or malevolent Orochimaru is simply looking out for his best interest just as he has always done.

Orochimaru is more so chaotic neutral then "good".

Come on, everyone should be allowed to have a little fun every now and again. Besides, him being "friendly" is because Orochimaru does not want to live in a world ran by the Juubi. Once that menace is taken care of, you will see Orochimaru back at his experiments and increasing his power base.
