No Orochimaru is not in top10. I believe even Kakashi is stronger than him now.

He was 13 or even more.

so for 1 you subtract from his part 1 age (18) , other , his part 2 age (21)
doesn't matter, you get 11 from both

Hashirama

Tobi (if not madara or izuna)

And prime hiruzen and hanzo with faith left over uchiha (izuna if not tobi - shisui

Orochimaru is #15 on my list

If the list is not a op thread but rather a best shinobi then he is top 10 danzo aswell
