Yawn...
"Ad Ignorantiam".
An unsightly argument and entirely fallacious as well. Diligently reading your post; it seems to be the root of your reasoning. You post a Databook quote of a statement Sarutobi made in his Senior years, times in which he would have suffered attenuation both physically and mentally as he is only human. His stamina, strength and reflex ability would have then deteriorated to the point that he could be triumphed by Shinobi which he would have easily beaten prior. It was stated by Shodaime, Nadiame and Enma that, Sarutobi was inferior to his prime, yet you are attempting to generalize the statement to say that Orochimaru could defeat Hiruzen in his prime and your argument, as stated prior is nothing more than an appeal to ignorance. It was established quite clearly by Hiruzen during his standoff with Orochimaru that physically he could not function as he would in his glory days; only leaving him with head knowledge on Jutsu which he, at the time, could not apply due to physical drawbacks. To say that Orochimaru is greater than Hiruzen could only be applicable in context with the elderly Sarutobi which made the statement. It cannot be extended to his Prime as his capabilities in that state are unknown and more prominently, that it [his prime] was never mentioned in the statement which you've brought forward as an argument, that is your assumption and hasty generalization. Unsurprisingly, you fail even further by: Stating that "Hiruzen cannot kill Orochimaru without committing suicide"----an assertion entirely lacking foundation as Hiruzen's full capabilities are unknown.
Here's a suggestion: Compose a fleshly, un-fallacious, logical argument as opposed to nonsensically posting a segment of a hyperbole filled Databook and fallacies to support your argument.
