also since sasuke soul/chakra is in orochimaru then orochimaru having sauske identical chakra will be able to swicth into sasuke body like when zetsu has someone's chakra he can switch into there opponents looks and a jinchuriki switching bodies since they have each other's chakra.

so maybe why orochimaru is still after sasuke power even though sasuke has a ems is because orochimaru has another sealing jutsu like a jinchuriki to get sasuke body.(also could be the easiest way besides illusions)

sasuke would only win if orochimaru was too low on chakra but orochimaru has alot so he would be fine.
