Hasn't Kakashi summoned it as well?

Kakashi's gates as I remember were different, hence the dog faces engraved on them. This was related to his summoning, I would have thought In relation Orochimaru's would have had snakes.

Something being inherited doesn't automatically=KKG, Tsuande is an example of this. Only being summoned by a few and regard those with Senji blood/DNA.

Would it need to? Orochimaru's identity has reminded a mystery throughout the series, why would this now say used only by Senju?? While I'm not saying Orochimaru for sure is a Senju, there isnt anything to prove his isnt, especially with some of the abilities he's displayed.

Personally I hope he isnt.

No he's not, we all know he was in Konoha, where the scroll Hashirama left was. He's probably read through some of it, or seen it in one of the rooms of the forbidden jutsu's in Konoha (when Hiruzen found him out, but couldn't kill him due to his sympathy).
