I love how you conveniently left out the fact Tsunade was being assisted by Jiraiya, who's coupled strength couldn't even manage to put down an ARMLESS Orochimaru. You do realize ninjutsu is Orochimaru's whole specialty, so we've never actually seen him fight 100%? 40%, at best.

Tsunade was about to die if not for plot, when Orochimaru was stalling.

So? That sealing tag doesn't mean jack because it's specific to the Jiraiya/Naruto battle. I don't know why you keep bringing it up, when it's not even a part of Jiraiya's own power or standard gear. Fact of the matter is, an Orochimaru with NO ARMS, managed to pin down a fully enraged tailed beast, when he had no previous preparation or gear to take him on. Jiraiya was prepared to fight a 4 Tail Naruto and still didn't do as well as Orochimaru, and almost died.

Oh yeah, and did I mention that he did this with absolutely ZERO ninjutsu?

Orochomaru's true power has yet not been shown. During most of his battle against Hiruzen, he was using Edo Tensei to control the Hokage. During his battle's after that, his hand's were sealed. During the battle against Itachi, Orochomaru was using his "Eight Branches Technique" which mean't he was slow and bulky which is the exact opposite of the normal Orochomaru. He also did not know that the use Itachi was using was the Totsuka Sword and thus let Itachi stab him because Orochomaru believed that a stab from a sword would not kill him. Now, Orochomaru along with the Edo Hokage and Taka are heading to the battlefield and we shall finally see Orochomaru's true power. Probably not "true power" because he himself said that he was weak after getting revived by Sasuke.

Although he is really powerful, I think the most impressive part of Ororchimaru is how smart and cunning he is. Not to mention extremely analytical.

Now that he has his full powers back, a complete Hashirama body, and a dash of nutmeg he is going to surprise the shit out of all of us, soon!
