You don't need to have sensing skills like Juubito's or Tobiramas to sense the Hashi DNA.

As if the giant wooden budha wasn't enough.

If you remember, when Orochimaru absorbed his chakra back from Kabuto he said he gained info as well, he probably knows exactly who it is inside S.zetsu, if anyone, because Kabuto probably knew as well, you have to remember, everything kabuto knew, Orochimaru now knows, and Kabuto was with Tobi ( obito ) through most of the war.

In a better translation of the latest chapter it was made clear that Orochimaru wants to deal with Spiral Zetsu first, before moving to helping Sasuke.

So I guess next chapter is gonna be Naruto+Sasuke's fate and Orochimaru vs Spiral Zetsu.
