Eternal mangekyou sharingan, body that could master snake sage mode... could draw in chakra through a new curse seal while he moves, so like kabuto would ascend to a dragon with unlimited natural energy unlike naruto whom cannot move to draw in natural energy. Sasuke/Orochimaru in an unlimited snake/dragon sage mode constantly drawing in natural energy fueling an eternal susanoo clad with amaterasu with sage strength and techniques like inorganic animation + edo tensei. This should be the final villain after the war in a one on one with naruto. Since naruto will most like receive the other half of the kyuubi which is a huge handicap as is, I find this would be a fitting final battle with naruto becoming hokage defending the village himself from Orochimaru in sasukes body.

). It doesn't matter about the body for SM, Oro wanted to replicate Juugo's clan ability into another body which he couldn't do, Kabuto and Pa toad stated you need training for SM. So no he wouldn't have unlimited SM, wouldn't have CM.

Why would he cover his Susanoo with Amaterasu when Amaterasu would be burning Susanoo? He'll only be burning his own chakra since he constantly is outputting chakra to keep Susanoo up but Amaterasu would be burning it and make him have to use more chakra. He wouldn't have the SM jutsus like Kabuto since he didn't train for them as Kabuto did, you learn SM jutsus after learning SM which Oro didn't have.

Should make the power ups be more realistic like the rinnegan or the Sage's older son's eyes.

IDk why people feel tsunade is on par with Jman and Oro..she's a short range fighter yes she is extremely powerful and durable however realisticly she should be defeated by any long or mid ranged fighter which Jman and Oro have demostrated they can do. All her attacks require her to physically touch you which can be avoided as shown in the their first fight she needed some assistance and lack of Oro using his arms to do so.
