Orochimaru has Hashirama's DNA. There are very few other bodies that will even compare to his current one.

The only way he is taking Sasuke is by surprise while Sasuke is heavily injured. He isn't beating him.

And anyway, I am almost sure Orochimaru's antagonist days are over, he will still be evil, but not in the sense that he will directly affect the plot.

I think orochimaru should be fairly content with a zetsu body.
