In biblical terms, the serpent represents the devil. This lines up with Orochimaru perfectly.
Itachi Uchiha, on the other hand, is portrayed as a Christ-like figure made obvious with 2 plot points.
1. After defeating Kabuto and releasing Edo Tensei....... he’s literally shown ascending into heaven
2. He willingly let Sasuke unalive him and basically died for the sins of Konoha so that everyone else could be saved
Given this symbolism, it’s highly likely that Itachi will resurrect in Boruto and solo Orochimaru for a third time...
So my question to Orochimaru fans: will you rage quit Baruto when the second coming of Itachi happens?
