Just wait and see how the manga plays out. I for one think Orochimaru is acting as an observer and scientist which is why he wants to see how Sasuke will turn out, it's apart of his usual curiosity. After his curiosity is satisfied, I think he'll go after Sasuke. There are many differing opinions on Oro right now so I'd just wait it out.
