Orochimaru said that when he got is chakra back from kabuto that he learned all the infomation that kabuto had learned. Does oro have what it takes to activate DSM and be useful in this fight against obito or is kishi going to find other ways to make orochimaru useful?

Technically, he always had it but never had a body capable of handling it. Now, he has a Zetsu body made from the DNA of the most haxxed human in the past hundred years who had SM. So, most likely he has DSM

what he said. orochimaru said it was his hosts body that couldnt withstand the transformation which makes sense as it was the body of that fodder kabuto prepared because sasuke took to long to get there

yes I think Orochimaru can enter DSM now. with Zetsu / Kabuto's knowledge I suppose.

Also , since Orochimaru took his DNA back from Kabuto , Kabuto fell out of DSM.
Which means he only entered DSM because of Orochimaru's DNA.
Which means Kabuto cant enter DSM anymore.

Anko doesn't have her curse seal anymore because Orochimaru was revived from it.
Just like during the Itachi fight when Oro was summoned from the curse seal
it later disappeared because Itachi Totsuka'd it along with Oro.

Kabuto may still have Edo Tensei for 1 summon though. :]

The only thing that was stopping Orochimaru from using Sage Mode was his body....he didn't possess a body that could handle it.

Now that he's in control of a zetsu clone, he should be able to use it now and mokuton(theoretically)

We have not really seen orochimaru's full fighting potential yet. I believe we are now going to since he has got his arm and jutsus back.

orochumaru already knew DSM it was already stated that he trained under the sage plus you can't gain sage mode by information you have to train for it.

The only reason he couldn't use it is because his body was caught in a genjustu itachi revered on him.

So during the time between then and now he used his senjustu for making the cruse marks

he can use dsm now because one he has all chakra back (from kabuto,rds) and has a modified zetsu body composed of nothing but hashi cells (psychical energy)
