Well you know dude, he did "capture Bee" for Obito, along with attack the kage summit, & threatened to murder to gokage along with take over the world. But you know.

He went to the summit to kill Danzo, the Kages are the ones who attacked him.
And i doubt Team seven went around telling everyone that Sasuke planned on killing the Kages.
-Sasuke goes rogue.
-Joins Akatsuki
-Tries to Capture Killer Bee
-Vows to Destroy Konoha
-Invades a Kage Summit and tries to kill all the Kages
-Takes off the Raikages arm
-Kills Danzo (Don't know if that's a bad thing)
-Attacks Team 7
-Tries to take over the world
Don't know about you but Sasuke's rap sheet is worse than Orochimarus.
He didn't attack the Kages, he went there to kill Danzo,and the others attacked him - Mei,Oonoki,and their guards saw Danzo,and his guards run away from Sasuke when he was about to get to the meeting room.
And when he got to the meeting room, saw that they weren't there, he started to chase after them but the Mizukage sealed the exit. Sasuke even straight out told her to not get in his way.
They knew very well that he was only after Danzo.
And do you really think Naruto,Sakura,and Kakashi went around telling people he attacked them,and tried taking over the world?
Orochimaru kidnapped many Children,Citizens,Shinobi, and performed live human experimentation, he imprisoined people, invading many nations, been a rougue ninja for decades, Killed the 4rd KazeKage, and the Third Hokage. Invaded Konoha with the Sand,and the Sound to destroy Konoha, this leading to many peoples death,and a large portion of Konoha being wrecked, etc upon etc.
