If he betrays Sasuke then he's dead at this point. He's basically fodder except his ability to use Edo Tensei. His arm chakra is still inside RDS. More of his chakra got sealed in Itachi's Susanoo. Orochimaru is probably going to die again, once he serves whatever PNJ Kishimoto rewrote himin for.
