Just as much as I like to see Izuna, it wont happen, I'm afraid. Sasuke was the one who brought this whole "the one who knows everything" stuff up. He only heard about him twice and there isnt even a proper reason for Izuna knowing anything relevant.

Well some people argued that previously Obito was created to give Kakashi and eye and we all know how that turned out.
