let me start with I'M NOT A HATER... JUST BEING REALISTIC
1. He's too weak to be the final villain... his overhyped arsenal of forbidden jutsus was totally useless against a 3t user (yes Orochimaru was full healthy and had all his jutsus) and MS/Rinnegan are even worse
2. his fanboys keep spouting nonsense like "Kishi brought him back for a reason"... Yes and it's called fanservice... He was trolled too hard so Kishi decided to give him an epic moment (breaking RDS and reviving the Hokage) that's all
