OROCHIMARU and VOLDEMORT

ok i was thinking as KABUORO as final villain coz VOLDMORT was final villain in hp series and they hav many things in common ..

1. voldemort wanted immortality so as oro ..

2. voldemort wanted to become as powerful as he can be but human / wizard life span wouldn;t let him .. samw with oro

3. control over snake ..

4. own body looks alike snake ..

5. sam ruthless merciless personality ...

yeah, they are similar... but I dont think kabuto will be the final villain... I'm guessing his arc will be after the kages meeting arc... after danzou finds him

Let me just state one difference between orochimaru and old voldy.
Voldemort can get killed by Professor Dumbledore anytime Dumbledore wants to and Voldemort said that himself in the fifth book. (HP and the OofTP) So Voldemort wasn't a major threat to Hogwarts as long as Dumbledore was around.
Whereas Orochimaru was a threat to Konoha even when the third hokage was around and the third was afraid that no one could stand up to him. Until we later found out that sasuke Uchiha kills him.

It was said that Harry would have to be the one to kill him, however, Dumbledore was the only person that Voldemort ever feared... Why? Because Dumbledore was a BAMF.

So Dumbledore has the power to kill Voldemort (which what i emphasized) but he doesn't want to. Because Dumbledore is wiser than that.

read the series about 1 - 7 about 31 times altogether.

And if you read a little farther into the book... you'd realize that Dumbledore said, "He hoped that I would sacrifice you in the hopes of killing him." He never said that he could kill him.
Also in the first book Dumbledore said that the Dark Lord had powers that he will never have.

One problem with number 2. Voldemort was afraid of death. That is why he seeked to evade it. Orochimaru thought of death as any other villian, he just merely wanted to expand on his jutsu and keep his strength.

no dumbledore cant kill voldy coz .. he had his horcruxes ... so even if dubldore had tried he would hav failed ....

orochimaru was a thread to konoha coz 3rd was getting old .. or else oro would hav been finished by the 3rd in their battle

Dumbledore CAN kill voldemort, in the fifth book voldemort says "Why don't you kill me dumbledore?" and that was way before harry got possessed. It was right before the instant they started dueling. Dumbledore said death is not the solution.

Ok, if that was the case then how did Dumbledore defeat Grindelwald?
If Dumbledore was the one who could kill Voldemort, then Trelawny would not have said "The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches" "Born as the seventh month dies" yadda yadda yadda. Harry Potter was the one who was "destined" to beat the Dark Lord. Therefore, he did it. The Dark Lord feared Dumbledore, but he still engaged him in a fight at the Department of Mysteries. Last thing I'd like to say, is that when they did fight in the Department of Mysteries Dumbledore MUST have been going easy on him, I mean Dumbledore nearly got killed a few times in the battle? Dumbledore is my favorite character in the whole series, but lets not GROSSLY overpower him.

In reality I'd rather live under in a Konoha run by Orochimaru then a Britain run by Voldemort. At least you could say Orochimarus name...
