The only one with the firepower to take out summons is Guy with his strongest attacks. Normally I would say that Neji would take on Tsunade by himself. But with the amount of summons that Oro could put on the field, guy would be tied up dealing with them. Leaving Tsunade with Katsuya to beat Neji.

Tsunade and Orochimaru takes this easily. Gai is the only problem. With his gates. But even Tsunade alone would take him on one vs one so yeah. Team sannin wins.

Neji can take on Tsunade wo slug due to matchups. Lee's assistance could be helpful here.

The only one which can cause problems to Oro is Gai; but he has the edge because of summonings and durability.
