I don't think it would increase it much.... His limit isn't because he runs out of chakra or comes close its merely because he can't control more than that... Would Tsunade be able to increase his capacity for control? I don't recall how it works

Creating so much water would just give Tobirama that much more ammunition. He already split Shinju branches with no source, he would send a typhoon after Tsunade or snipe her head off with a solid stream. Orochimaru could also summon Manda and hide in his mouth while he brings him to the targets or to the surface.

Water Dome is useless, since Orochimaru and Tobirama can escape it in a few seconds and counter-attack Tsunade trapped inside or simply wait out for Kisame to realise it's useless.

When the Water Dome is down, Orochimaru and Tobirama shit on them.

Full intel for everyone means that Kisame gets blitzed before he can blink, Hiraishingiri is way faster than moulding chakra (which he can immediately sense since he's one of the best sensors in the manga by feats) and forming a hand seal. Tsunade blinks once and looks at Kisame's flying head before she gets sliced in half by water jet.
